Jan Burton is the founder of Healing Hearts Ministry Al.  She is a registered nurse, author and minister who loves Jesus and has a passion for all people to know Him to make Him known! 

She became a born again believer on March 14, 1999 after her 13 year old son Dustin died from a blood clot to his lungs. Her life began to radically change and Jesus began to transform her, she has never been the same since that moment! 

This sojourner journey called life is not a rose garden, she has experience four car wrecks which two of these God spared her life!  She has survived multiple blood clots both lungs by the grace of God!  God spared her life on many mission trips with his hand of protection!  She has been protected from many near misses!  She survived Covid 19!  She has experienced loss, pain, depression, stress, sorrow, broken heart, divorce, fear, hurt, shame, freedom, liberty, healing, joy, restoration and deliverance.  She said “ He keeps on keeping me”  She only can say “But God”.

She has authored three books of Christian poetry through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit:  Touched By The Spirit, Wings To Heaven, and Majestic Splendor.

Since 2003 she has served on numerous amounts of local mission trips, 38 trips have been national, and international either medical or evangelical fulfilling the call of God on her

Life as a change agent in the Kingdom!  She has traveled all across the United States, Central America, South America, Asia, and Europe.  She wants to bring heaven down to earth and be used as a vessel of honor and a mighty instrument for God!

God never said life would be easy but we are fragile clay jars with cracks that He is healing and restoring from the inside out!  God takes our mess and makes a masterpiece out of it!

Everything He has done for me, He will do for you!  With God All Things Are Possible To Those Who Believe!

She and her husband Daniel have been married for 17 years and have two grandchildren.  They reside in Athens, Al.
